Then they promised us that they will refund our FULL amount (proof can be provided), so we agreed and now the refund is not even of the full amount! BEWARE, order from companies like bol, coolblue, amazon. Their transport partner Henrotte are a scam company! Their driver lied that he came to our home to deliver a product but never showed up! Now they tried to charge us extra money for delivery! We asked MediaMarkt for an escalation which got refused. They dont even deserve one star! I am being cheated by MediaMarkt! This is the worst company to buy anything from especially if you are having something delivered to your home. I will never use them again going forward, and currently I have a TV set up I can't even watch. No reply to my messages on what happens now, I feel like the company doesn't care as they have the money for the product the issue with the TV is my problem now. I never wanted it fixed, I want a new TV that I spent €500 on. ![]() I boxed it and took it to the store, they said they can't help and I'll have to take it home and wait for a repair company to come and look at it, The repair company has made their verdict with out coming to see the TV, and have only said it's too expensive to fix. 12/04/23 I brought a TV online and paid extra to have it delivered which is fine, the problem was when I turned it on there was a crack on the internal LED screen that isn't showing externally. Update:I've had zero response from any of the emails I've sent, am still sat with a new TV that's broken after 3 weeks. ![]()
